HOW TO USE:
- Thread a needle and insert it in the small toggle hole.
- Go around the elastic strap and insert the needle in the large toggle hole, so that the thread goes around the elastic strap as a loop
- Pull the toggle and thread loop in opposite directions et voilà! :)
