Shipping policy

 

Processing times
Many of our products are made to order and will be shipped as soon as they are ready to go (approximately 4-7 working days).

Our supplies are usually posted within 2-3 working days, but it might take slightly longer at busy times.

If your order is particularly urgent, please email us at hello@cicia.co.uk before placing the order. We'll see if we can squeeze you in and advise on the quickest dispatch date.

Orders are posted via Royal Mail 2-3 times a week.

Packaging
Our packaging is curated but minimal, recyclable and as plastic free as possible. International orders might be posted in recyclable mailing bags to protect biodegradable content from rain and humidity.

UK Shipping:

  • UK orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Mail or 2nd Class Mail.
  • Your order should reach you 1-4 working days after dispatch, but please allow up to 14 working days Royal Mail will deem the parcel officially "lost" until then.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to replace missing parcels or assist until this time window has passed, or expedite the delivery in any way once it's been handed to Royal Mail. The speed of their service is beyond our control.
  • Standard Shipping is not signed for. Upgrades are available at checkout.

International Shipping:

  • International orders are posted via International Tracked and Signed Mail.
  • Depending on the destination country, your order will be delivered 1-6 weeks after dispatch.
  • International mail is not considered "lost" by Royal Mail until 25 working days after posting for Europe and 32 working days for outside Europe have passed.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to replace missing parcels or assist until this time window has passed. We are unable to expedite parcels once they have been handed to the carrier, as their service is beyond our control.
  • Please note that our shipping fees do not include pre-payment of customs duties and we are not responsible for any additional fees your order may incur upon arrival. If you would prefer to pre-pay your customs fees, please place an order through our Etsy shop.
